Dandelion Chocolate on 16th Street in San Francisco is seeking a Cafe and Retail Manager to lead our brick‑and‑mortar shop. You will oversee a small team, manage daily operations, and ensure a warm, knowledgeable guest experience that shares our bean‑to‑bar story.

This full‑time role involves planning, setting quarterly milestones, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and delivering measurable results. You’ll stay hands‑on with training, events, and inventory while upholding world‑class

Qualifications

• Two years minimum management experience in a food service or service-related establishment.
• Strong team leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to connect company goals to team performance with measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set annual goals and inspire the team to raise the bar each year.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop a 5-6 person team.
• Develop checklists and SOPs to keep merchandise, space, and inventory in order.
• Improve guest engagement and product presentation with new displays.
• Build relationships with managers, neighbors, and Ferry Building staff.
• Monitor sales data and report quarterly results to leadership.
• Maintain facilities and safety infrastructure.
• Perform other duties as needed.
