Qualifications

• Ability to manage budgets, P&L and labor targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop dining teams and manage performance.
• Oversee client relationships and communicate operational progress.
• Build revenue, manage budgets, and control food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, wage and hour regulations.
• Coordinate production, distribution and food service operations for efficiency.
