Urban Air Café at Urban Air Adventure Park in Coon Rapids, MN seeks a hands-on Café Manager to oversee operations and guide Team Members. The role is kitchen- and service-focused, requiring speed, friendliness to guests, and leadership to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum two years of F&B experience (quick service or restaurant).
• 1–3 years of management experience in hospitality.
• Must have ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Support proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards.
• Ensure deliveries are received, logged, and verified.
• Maintain inventory control, storage, and rotation to minimize waste.
• Manage the Café Team and uphold expected standards.
• Adhere to shifts and stay beyond if needed.
• Train café staff and front-of-house staff on menu and drinks.
• Set high standards for punctuality, attendance, and attitude.
• Ensure cleanliness and regular deep cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized café.
• Handle guest concerns about the café.
• Participate in staff meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.
