Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience (quick service and/or restaurant).
• 1–3 years of management experience in hospitality preferred.
• Must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee café operations and guide the Café Team to expected standards.
• Ensure deliveries are received correctly and logged; maintain inventory control.
• Train café staff in menu prep and front-of-house staff in drinks and ready-to-eat foods.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene with regular deep-clean schedules.
• Handle guest concerns and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Lead by example in punctuality, attendance, and professionalism.
