Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring proper opening, staffing, and stock levels.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff; provide coaching and development.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and address concerns promptly.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and invoicing; verify quality and quantities.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and post-event reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and OLCC alcohol service requirements.
