Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Prior experience as a Barista or Lead Barista.

• Deliver excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the café.
