Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant/retail/guest service management experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• ServSafe certification preferred or certification within 90 days of employment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culture and direction of the store to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
• Staff the store, manage scheduling, and plan bench staffing for future needs.
• Own recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
• Deliver best-in-class guest experiences and handle guest issues with care.
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, and store operations aligned with SOPs.
