Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a Café Manager in San Francisco to lead the holistic cafe experience with a focus on hospitality and operational excellence. The role reports to the Multi-Unit General Manager and oversees financial stewardship, labor management, and a dynamic team to deliver a world-class food service experience that aligns with our partner’s goals.

Qualified candidates have 2–4 years of management in high-volume settings, strong communication, and a passion for safety

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of management experience in a high-volume café or related setting.
• Experience in hospitality leadership and delivering guest-focused service.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Safety Standards: enforce food and workplace safety and allergen management.
• End-to-End Experience: own the overall cafe experience from atmosphere to service.
• Hospitality Excellence: maintain high standards of warm, inclusive hospitality.
• Cultivate Talent: develop and engage a high-performing team.
• Fiscal Performance: manage budgets, inventory, and labor planning.
