Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive and enhance a culture focused on Food and Workplace Safety.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in high-volume premium food service or hospitality.
• Experience in restaurant, cafe, hotel, or events environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously manage safety standards and allergen controls.
• Collaborate with Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations.
• Develop and upskill front-of-house staff through training.
• Monitor financial and budgetary responsibilities; ensure fiscal efficiency.
• Meet payroll, service reports, AR, HR documentation on time.
• Operate web-based ordering systems and manage menu updates.
• Maintain strong communication with client stakeholders to meet cafe objectives.
