Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations, ensure service standards, and manage budget responsibilities in a dynamic dining environment.

You will hire, train and coach associates; plan events, supervise sanitation, and strive for continuous improvement while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required; MS Office proficiency and ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in food service operations.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and equipment.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe or Health Department certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
• Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafe.
• Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business.
• Manages cafe operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
