Responsibilities

• Take daily inventory of produce and order to ensure freshness.
• Follow food safety and FIFO protocols.
• Prepare meals in advance and made-to-order.
• Operate espresso machine, tea brewer, and milk frother as needed.
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house equipment.
