You will operate kitchen cleaning equipment, restock supplies, and help remove trash to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

A professional demeanor and good communication with departments are required, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate all kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Wash dishes and glassware, by hand if necessary.
• Restock all supplies.
• Keep kitchen area clean and free of debris and water.
• Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
• Remove trash and all debris from restaurant routinely.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.
