Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food at the sandwich, hot line, salad, and pizza stations.
• Assist with food prep including washing, cutting, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards for consistency.
• Ensure food is prepared in quantities to meet demand.
• Replenish ingredients and prepared foods during service.
• Monitor quality, freshness, temperatures, and holding times.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations and equipment.
• Store, label, date, and rotate food using FIFO.
• Assist opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Communicate shortages or issues to the supervisor.
