Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines for consistency.
• Ensure sufficient quantities to meet demand.
• Replenish ingredients during service and monitor quality.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations and rotate foods using FIFO.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
• Communicate shortages or issues to the supervisor.
