Bell & Evans is hiring a Production Cook on 2nd shift for the Café 2 Team in Fredericksburg, PA. The role focuses on daily food production, food safety, and providing excellent service to team members in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and full benefits. You will prepare fresh items, manage inventory, support operations, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and café standards
• Follow daily prep lists and maintain inventory levels
• Produce hot and cold food items for café service
• Stock and maintain micro market, display products properly
• Rotate products by date and freshness
• Maintain displays and food cases with proper rotation
• Receive and store product deliveries
• Stock beverage stations and supplies
• Serve team members at hot line and stations
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to Bell & Evans team members
• Assist with dishwashing, restocking and kitchen support
• Operate, clean and maintain kitchen equipment
• Keep café and storage areas clean and organized
• Complete daily/weekly deep-cleaning tasks
• Complete required food safety and company training
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
