Job summary

Urban Air Café seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead daily culinary operations, guide the Café Team, and ensure fast, friendly service in a high‑volume environment.

You will manage inventory, train staff, uphold standards, and coordinate with the General Manager. A high school diploma, 2+ years in F&B, 1–3 years of management, and ServSafe certification are preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ F&B experience (quick Service and/or restaurant).
• 1–3 years’ management experience in hospitality preferred.
• Current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or willingness to attain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Urban Air Café and guide Team Members.
• Ensure deliveries are received correctly and logged.
• Maintain inventory control, storage and rotation to minimize waste.
• Manage the Café Team to meet standard performance levels.
• Lead staff training for menu items and drinks to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, punctuality and professional conduct.
