Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ previous F&B experience (quick Service and/or restaurant).
• 1-3 years’ management experience in hospitality preferred.
• Availability Friday‑Saturday‑Sunday‑Monday.
• ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or willingness to attain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Urban Café and guide Team Members.
• Cook, prepare, and serve food; manage kitchen/service area with urgency and guest friendliness.
• Lead, motivate, and train the Urban Café Team to high standards.
• Maintain hygiene, inventory, and cleanliness; handle guest concerns and staff meetings.
