Job summary

At Tatte Bakery & Café, Counter Team Members welcome guests, share knowledge of the menu, and prepare and deliver drinks and pastries with warmth and hospitality. You will operate the POS, maintain a clean, inviting café environment, and contribute to a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences.

We seek individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and can work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious and high-quality service to our guests by welcoming them to our cafés and engaging with them throughout their experience.
• Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products.
• Take guests’ orders using our point-of-sale system/register.
• Execute all Tatte product and packaging standards.
• Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests.
• Actively maintain and support café cleanliness and visual/brand standards.
• Comply with and follow all safety and sanitation standards while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
