Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Lexington, MA is seeking friendly front of house team members to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver delicious coffee and pastries.

Counter team members will master all Tatte products, use the POS, and keep stations clean while upholding brand standards. Baristas will craft espresso beverages with care, serve guests, and participate in teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Deep knowledge of coffee menu and bakery items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver beverages and food per recipes.
