Job summary

Grazianos Group is hiring a friendly server to greet guests, take orders, and process payments with accuracy. You will prepare beverages, support food service, and help maintain a clean dining and checkout area. Servers assist with stock, reset tables, and respond to guest questions to ensure satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have prior serving experience or complete a restaurant training course and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Must successfully complete restaurants training course.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take and relay orders to the kitchen.
• Handle payments and issue receipts; process refunds with approval.
• Maintain clean checkout and dining areas throughout shifts.
• Prepare and serve beverages and simple menu items as requested.
• Assist with cleaning, stock, and daily opening/closing duties.
• Provide information to guests and resolve issues professionally.
