Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phone calls, and assist with questions and requests.
• Receive payments by cash, check, credit card, vouchers, or debits; issue refunds with approval.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages; customize orders as requested.
• Take, deliver and check food and beverage orders with kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean checkout and dining areas; clear and reset tables as needed.
• Assist with stocking stations and restocking silverware and supplies.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
