Key responsibilities include managing revenue, labor, and guest experience, developing staff, and ensuring quality beverage preparation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing a cafe or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong espresso preparation and beverage crafting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Passion for coffee and specialty coffee culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall cafe performance, driving revenue, labor management, and operational targets.
• Manage cafe profitability through expense control and revenue growth.
• Review operational and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest experience.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to company procedures.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a high-performing cafe team.
• Foster hospitality and maintain high beverage quality and service standards.
