La Madeleine French Bakery & Café is seeking a General Manager in Houston to lead daily café operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coach a talented team, implement standards, and oversee labor, food costs, and local marketing efforts.

Candidates should have 3+ years of restaurant GM experience, strong P&L insight, and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain). This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay and growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant general management experience (fast casual or full-service preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Run the Show - Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
