Job summary

Urban Air Café is seeking dedicated Café BOH/FOH team members to serve guests efficiently and maintain high standards of guest care. You will work in kitchen and service areas, cashiering, and cooking, while upholding speed and accuracy in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending menu items, maintaining stock, and ensuring cleanliness. Experience in food service and ServSafe-style certification are preferred, with opportunities to contribute to a lively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Restaurant or quick-service experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) required.
• ServSafe or similar food handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the counter with product suggestions and service.
• Maintain adequate stock levels for the Café area.
• Manage queues, upsell, and maximize guest satisfaction and profits.
• Cook, prepare, and store food items following proper temperatures.
• Keep Café and surrounding areas clean and organized; wash dishes and take out trash.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate to Leadership when needed.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Rotate stock items and ensure compliance with health codes.
