Job summary

Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville, WI is seeking a Café Coordinator in the Culinary Services Department. This part-time position (32 hours/week, .8 FTE) supports the cafeteria operations, including stocking, serving, cashier duties, and coordinating special events.

The role requires experience in a kitchen or food service, with opportunities for ServSafe certification, and it offers comprehensive benefits, PTO accrual from day one, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant is beneficial.
• Prior experience with food service work is beneficial.
• Prior short order cooking is preferred.
• Prior culinary education and training is desirable.
• Able to obtain a ServSafe certificate within 6 months of employment.

Location: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital Campus

Role & Department: Café Coordinator in the Culinary Services Department

Hours & Shift:Part-time 32 hours per week (.8 FTE), day shift position, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., every other weekend and holiday rotation. Potential for additional hours.

Role Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for stocking food and supplies in the cafeteria
• Will serve food and cashier during the meal times
• Will coordinate special functions for the facility
• Will assist the Café Cook as needed
• Creativity with food options is beneficial
