The cook ensures that the kitchen andequipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety andsanitation standards. Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing,carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables,etc. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked.Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
