Applicants should have 2+ years in food service, 1+ year supervising, and a strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction, with reliable availability including weekends and overnights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food service preferred.
• 1+ years of experience supervising others preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights.
• Commitment to follow food safety protocols.
• Assisting with servicing, seating and communicating with the Service/Culinary
• Inspecting cleanliness and report maintenance requests
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous experience in Café setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach team; support outlet management.
• Lead colleagues; training, scheduling, payroll, interviewing may occur.
• Serve as liaison between culinary and restaurant operations.
• Ensure product quality and service standards.
• Assist managing in the absence of outlet managers.
• Daily tasks may be adjusted to meet business needs.
