Hotel del Coronado on Coronado Island near San Diego seeks a Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily outlet operations, ensure guest service standards, and maintain product quality across four dining venues.

You will supervise shifts, assist with scheduling, mentor team members, help roll out marketing initiatives and upsell offerings, and uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness policies to deliver memorable hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication.
• Ability to supervise floor operations and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily restaurant operations: oversee outlet operations, guest service, product quality and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: monitor satisfaction, address issues, improve dining.
• Guide the team through shifts: on-the-floor supervision, scheduling support, mentoring.
• Contribute to revenue: assist with marketing initiatives and upsell offerings.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
