Resthaven in Holland, Michigan is seeking a full-time dining services team member for the bistro/bar. You will prepare beverages, set tables, take orders, and deliver meals to residents with courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean dining areas, following infection control procedures, and supporting a respectful, mission-driven work environment. Evening shifts and rotating weekends are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare beverages and garnishes for bistro/bar.
• Set up dining room tables.
• Take tableside food orders and deliver to residents in an organized, timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure bistro/bar areas are clean and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Deliver food carts to designated places and return to kitchen.
• Collect and remove trash to designated containers.
• Clean work areas, dining room and bar/bistro equipment.
• Wash bar glasses using approved procedures.
• Assume other position-related responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Range

• $15.50 - $18.60
• Pay is based on experience and applicable licensure

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and garnishes for bistro/bar.
• Set up dining room tables.
• Take tableside food orders and deliver to residents in an organized, timely and courteous manner. When appropriate, offer available options to exceed resident expectations.
• Ensure that all bistro/bar areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner and in compliance with established infection control procedures. Including proper work attire and following proper grooming and hygiene principles.
• Deliver food carts to designated places and ensure carts are returned to kitchen.
• Collect and remove trash and garbage to designated containers.
• Clean work areas, dining room and bar/bistro, equipment.
• Wash bar glasses using approved procedures.
• Assumes all other position related responsibilities as assigned.
