Job summary

Resthaven is seeking a dedicated dining services associate to support bistro/bar operations for residents. You will prepare beverages, set tables, and serve meals with a focus on courteous, timely delivery and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, infection control, and teamwork in a supportive, faith-based environment with growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement after six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and garnishes for bistro/bar.
• Set up dining room tables.
• Take tableside food orders and deliver to residents in an organized, timely and courteous manner.
• Offer options to exceed resident expectations when appropriate.
• Ensure bistro/bar areas are clean and safe and follow infection control procedures.
• Deliver food carts to designated places and return to kitchen.
• Collect and remove trash and garbage to designated containers.
• Clean work areas, dining room and bar/bistro, equipment.
• Wash bar glasses using approved procedures.
• Assume other position-related responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Range

• $15.50 - $18.60
  • Pay is based on experience and applicable licensure

• Ensure that all bistro/bar areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner and in compliance with established infection control procedures. Including proper work attire and following proper grooming and hygiene principles.
• Deliver food carts to designated places and ensure carts are returned to kitchen.
• Collect and remove trash and garbage to designated containers.
• Clean work areas, dining room and bar/bistro, equipment.
• Wash bar glasses using approved procedures.
• Assumes all other position related responsibilities as assigned.
