Job summary

Resthaven (Holland, Michigan) is seeking a hospitality-focused team member for our bistro/bar. You will prepare beverages, set tables, take orders, and deliver meals with care to residents in a supportive community setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, adhering to infection control procedures, and assisting with daily duties as needed. High school diploma or GED is preferred for this role.

Pay Range

• $15.50 - $18.60
• Pay is based on experience and applicable licensure

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and garnishes for bistro/bar.
• Set up dining room tables.
• Take tableside food orders and deliver to residents in an organized, timely and courteous manner. When appropriate, offer available options to exceed resident expectations.
• Ensure that all bistro/bar areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner and in compliance with established infection control procedures. Including proper work attire and following proper grooming and hygiene principles.
• Deliver food carts to designated places and ensure carts are returned to kitchen.
• Collect and remove trash and garbage to designated containers.
• Clean work areas, dining room and bar/bistro, equipment.
• Wash bar glasses using approved procedures.
• Assumes all other position related responsibilities as assigned.
