Job summary

Crystal Creek Hospitality, a collection of independently spirited and branded hotels, is seeking hospitality staff in Jackson, Wyoming. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages and foods, maintain a clean and inviting dining space, and deliver excellent customer service.

Knowledge of our menu and friendly, guest-focused service are essential. You will work with the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor, handle orders, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure high standards of cleanliness

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista, Cook, Server or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
• Passion for food and beverage industry and the ability to learn about different brewing methods, coffee beans, and drink styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.), cocktails and food menu items, according to company recipes and standards
• Take customer orders, suggest menu items, and answer any questions regarding ingredients, flavors, or menu customization
• Ensure the restaurant and work areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, ovens and cooking devices
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment for all guests
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain health and safety standards both in the kitchen and café area
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, organizing, and preparing items for daily operations
• Stay up-to‑date with new food and drink trends, cooking and brewing techniques
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals

Job overview

You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and delivering excellent customer service.
