Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English required due to guest-facing nature.
• Prior retail or customer service experience required; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling, deposits, and prioritization of daily tasks.
• Serve as a professional and positive representative of Beans & Brews Coffee House at all times.
• Support upper management with training, policy implementation, and reinforcement of Beans & Brews policies and procedures.
• Identify operational, staffing, or guest-service challenges and help implement solutions before issues escalate.
• Help maintain high team morale by encouraging, supporting, and engaging with staff.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects delegated by upper management to support overall business needs.
• Contribute ideas and assist with planning community events and in-store promotions.
• Represent the business positively in the community and build genuine relationships with local partners.
