Beans & Brews Coffee House is seeking career minded individuals to join our General Manager track in Tooele, Utah. This full-time role requires a commitment of 40–45 hours per week and a focus on leadership and operations excellence.

The General Manager will supervise staff, train and develop teams, enforce company policies, and serve as a professional ambassador for Beans & Brews while performing duties across Barista, Shift Leader, and Assistant Manager responsibilities.

• Ability to train and develop staff and communicate effectively.
• Experience managing a Beans & Brews operation.
• Able to perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager.
