Qualifications

• 1-3 years in restaurant/retail with strong customer service.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of the business to the level of GM over the course of a year.
• Creates an environment that fosters fast, accurate service and motivates the team.

• Oversees ordering, inventory, waste control and periodic stock rotation.
