Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and the prioritization of daily tasks.
• Serve as a professional, positive, and enthusiastic representative of Beans & Brews Coffee House.
• Support upper management with employee training and implementation of company policies.
• Proactively identify and address operational, staffing, and guest-service challenges.
• Help maintain strong team morale by encouraging, supporting, coaching, and engaging employees.
• Effectively lead and manage employees while providing direction and support.
• Respond professionally to guest and employee questions and concerns, resolving issues appropriately.
• Assist upper management with operational, administrative, and special projects.
• Contribute ideas and assist with planning community events, in-store promotions, and other initiatives.
• Help ensure store maintains Beans & Brews standards for cleanliness, service, quality, and presentation.
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and overall success.
