The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Huntington Beach, CA. This role focuses on leading a team, coaching staff, and delivering a premium guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will develop store operations, drive sales, and mentor Baristas toward professional growth, while upholding our values and commitment to quality. A collaborative, guest-centric approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead by example and drive sales and service through coaching and training.
• Be a coffee & tea expert and share knowledge with the team and guests.
• Generate new guests and engage with the local community.
• Care about safety and maintain a safe store environment for employees and guests.
• Assist the General Manager to manage a profitable store and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Be Creative with visual merchandising and product placement to enhance guest experiences.
