Job summary

SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is hiring for a CAE IT Support role to support Honda engineers in Union, OH onsite. The position focuses on CAE applications, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal tool performance.

The candidate will handle Level 1–2 support, manage incidents via ITSM, and work with software vendors to resolve issues while documenting solutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for CAE applications and engineering software.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through the ITSM platform.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex problems.
• Document known issues and create knowledge base articles.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket closure.
