SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced CAE IT Support & Ticket Management Specialist for an onsite role in Union, Ohio. You will provide Level 1-2 IT support for CAE applications and engineering software, and manage tickets with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT support, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and is local to the area. You will support Windows workstations, enterprise apps, and licensing, including FlexLM.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years IT support experience preferred.
• Local candidates in or near Union, OH preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for CAE applications.
• Support CAE software and engineering tools.
• Manage tickets using ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations and enterprise apps.
• Handle incident, problem, and service requests; monitor SLA.
• Manage software licenses (FlexLM/FlexNet).
• Support HPC clusters, virtualization, and engineering infrastructure.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
