Job summary

025 OKLAHOMA MILITARY DEPARTMENT is seeking a part-time Temporary Food Service worker to support the Thunderbird Challenge Program. You will assist with daily food preparation for cadets, ensure sanitary kitchen and serving areas, and follow master menus and dietary instructions.

Responsibilities include preparing meals for up to 225 people per meal, operating standard kitchen equipment, and maintaining records as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.
