What You’ll Do

Project Support & Analysis:

• Assist with the preparation of roadway construction plans.
• Develop project quantities and prepare submittal documents to support project needs.

Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:

• Coordinate and gain a comprehensive understanding of various design components
• including drainage, structures, signing and pavement marking, signalization, lighting, and utility work.
• Attend project field reviews to gain real-world insights into the engineering process.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of professionals, including sub-consultants, to ensure project success.

Diverse Project Exposure:

• Work on projects ranging from major roadway reconstruction and milling/resurfacing to minor design projects such as sidewalks and trails.

Education & Professional Credentials:

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Architectural, and/or Computer Aided Design Technology.
• Proactive and driven, with a commitment to quality.
• A collaborative team player and effective communicator.
• Adaptable, flexible, and skilled at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer, organization, and planning skills.

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience and familiarity with Open Roads Designer (ORD) and Bentley CAD software
