Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a CAD Drafting professional to develop 3D solid models and 2D drawings under the direction of the Engineering Drafting Manager. The role involves collaborating with engineers and drafting staff to produce accurate, production-ready designs.

Responsibilities include applying CAD tools (CREO/NX), adhering to GD&T, and managing documentation and schedules. A US citizenship and eligibility for a Secret clearance are required.

Formación

• AA degree in drafting or advanced technical training, or equivalent experience with 4 years of experience.
• Proficient in CAD software (CREO and/or NX).
• Able to pass job code level assessment with minimum 75% (NX CAD).
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain/maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 3D parametric CAD solid models and 2D drawings meeting engineering requirements.
• Communicate with engineers and drafting personnel to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines while maintaining models and documentation.
• Apply GD&T principles and ensure correct use of English and Metric units.
• Prepare drafting time estimates and follow documentation control processes.
