Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead cross‑discipline model coordination on transit and multimodal projects. You will manage federated models, ensure QC, and drive standard workflows across offices using Autodesk and Bentley tools.

The role requires deep BIM knowledge, mentorship capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with clients and agencies on deliverables and data handoff standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational training in basic CADD drafting and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience preferred.
• Domestic and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and lead multidisciplinary resolution.
• Establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards and workflows.
• Mentor production staff and provide design sketches for deliverables.
• Interface with clients, agencies, and subconsultants on model deliverable requirements.
