Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead cross-discipline model coordination on transit and multimodal projects. You will integrate architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP into federated, clash-checked models throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate model health, enforce Autodesk/Bentley standards, mentor staff across offices, and develop BIM Execution Plans while interfacing with clients and agencies to meet data

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and lead resolution across disciplines.
• Establishes, documents, and enforces CADD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Mentors production staff across offices to build repeatable capabilities.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and advise pursuit teams on LOE and model scope.
• Interfaces with clients, agencies, and subconsultants on model deliverables and data handoff standards.
