Job summary

WSB is seeking a CAD Technician for our Norman or Tulsa, Oklahoma offices. You will prepare and revise drawings for transportation and land development projects, assist with design quantities, and read construction plans under the supervision of a PE and Project Manager.

The role requires an Associate's degree, 3+ years in municipal/transportation engineering, and 2+ years using OpenRoads Designer, with a valid driver's license. Expect full-time, in-office work with occasional field visits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Civil Engineering Technology or similar from an accredited school.
• 3+ years of experience in Municipal / Transportation engineering or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience using OpenRoads Designer.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise technical drawings for transportation, municipal, and/or land/site development projects.
• Assist in design, quantity calculations, and completing plan sheets.
• Prepare, read and understand construction plans and technical documents and have a functional understanding of design software packages.
• Work under the direction of a PE & Project Manager.
