Job summary

WSB, based in Oklahoma City, seeks a Professional Engineer with a Transportation Design background to join our growing team. You will lead design and coordination of roadway, drainage, and utility projects for public and private clients, coordinating with other groups to deliver top-quality projects.

You will perform design calculations, prepare reports, assist with proposals and budgets, and oversee EITs or Technicians. OK PE license or ability to obtain within six months is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Transportation/Municipal engineering.
• OK PE license or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination of roadway, drainage, and utility projects.
• Collaborate with multiple groups to deliver high-quality projects.
• Perform design calculations, quantity estimates, and plan preparation.
• Prepare, edit, and issue technical reports and specifications.
• Assist with proposals, budgets, schedules, and public involvement.
• Oversee EITs or Technicians.
• Direct project activities to meet time frames and budgets.
• Maintain regular client communication and coordinate with subconsultants.
