Job summary
Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Deputy CAD Administrator to lead the maintenance and improvement of the CAD design environment. You will support users, enforce standards, and help drive scalable CAD processes across projects.
The role reports to the CAD Administrator and offers hybrid or fully remote work options. A strong background in CAD platforms and a focus on quality delivery will help enable growth and client success.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in CAD or related field.
- 5–10 years of professional CAD experience.
- Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenX and/or ProjectWise.
- Strong CAD standards, plotting, and file management.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions clearly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce CAD standards, libraries, and best practices.
- Provide user support and training for CAD tools.
- Coordinate software installations, updates, and licensing.
- Assist with client Workspace deployment and data exchange between CAD platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve CAD challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve CAD workflows and automation.
