Hanson Professional Services Inc. seeks a Deputy CAD Administrator to support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our CAD and design technology environments.

You will help maintain CAD standards, assist users, troubleshoot issues, and promote consistent design practices across the firm. Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience using CAD platforms in a professional environment.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenX products and/or ProjectWise.
• Strong understanding of CAD standards, plotting, and file management.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and enforcing CAD standards, libraries, and best practices.
• Help document CAD procedures and workflows.
• Support quality control reviews to ensure deliverables comply with standards.
• Provide day-to-day support to CAD users, troubleshoot issues, and set up profiles.
• Assist with software installations, version updates, and license coordination.
• Coordinate file management and project setup with IT and PMs.
• Support client Workspace deployment, troubleshooting and enhancements as needed.
• Gather user feedback and help implement process improvements for CAD workflows.
