Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a CAD Manager to lead a team across multiple US offices, specializing in SUE and utility mapping with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role includes workload planning, mentoring staff, QA/QC of deliverables, and developing automation tools to improve efficiency.

The position requires advanced Civil 3D skills, strong leadership, and the ability to train CAD technicians while coordinating with project managers on complex DOT and renewable energy projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years CAD drafting in SUE and utility mapping.
• Experience leading CAD teams and coordinating multiple projects.
• Ability to train and mentor CAD staff.
• Proficient in Civil 3D templates, styles, and workflows.
• Strong QA/QC oversight of deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize CAD technicians across multiple projects.
• Train and mentor staff in Civil 3D, Trimble, ArcGIS.
• Develop training programs and onboarding materials.
• Oversee QA/QC of drawings and deliverables.
• Develop AutoCAD automation tools to improve speed.
• Prepare CAD drawings for SUE and utility mapping.
• Coordinate with project managers and staff on needs.
