Job summary

The CAD Designer role at EPTA is responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models to support product development, manufacturing, and engineering processes. You will translate concepts into precise specifications, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability across projects.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years in CAD design or mechanical drafting, a background in Industrial Design or a related field, and proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D solid modeling software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CAD design, technical drafting, or mechanical design.
• Industrial Design or related technical field; Drafting certificate and experience with AutoCAD and 3D solid modeling software.

Responsibilities

• CAD modeling and technical drawings: develop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Design optimization and modifications: revise CAD models based on engineering feedback and manufacturing constraints.
• Collaboration with engineering & manufacturing teams: work with R&D engineers, product developers, and production teams to support new product development.
• Technical documentation & compliance: maintain records of design iterations, BOMs, and specifications.
• Innovation & continuous improvement: stay up to date with new CAD technologies and modeling techniques.
